Make it or Break it is about 4 teen girls who devote their whole life to gymnastics the live at the gym they can't go to school so they are home schooled. These girls have to put in so much effort to gymnastics so that they can't worry about boys or anything else the girls are all each other have. But, most of the girls end up not following the rule about boyfriends and  Brooke ends up doing with Kaylie's boyfriend without her knowing, but shortly after Kaylie and him end up breaking up and Kaylie finds out about Brooke. After Payson competes and hurts her back and the doctors end up telling her she'll never be able to do gymnastics every again she decides to have a surgery that will help get back to gymnastics again but through the recovery she gets taller and looses most of her skills does she get her skills back ? The Secret Life Of The American Teenager is about teenagers whose lives have changed so much since the beginning of high school. Amy the main character gets pregnant at band camp with Ricky who also has a thing with Adrian, but later on Adrian did it with Ben because she was mad at Ben and ended up getting pregnant too. So, Grace and Jack end up doing it even though Grace's dad told her not and the same night Grace and Jack did it Graces dad died and she feels responsible for the death of her dad. Right after Amy gets pregnant her mom ends up getting pregnant too. There is always something crazy going on in the lives of the teens. This show has a lot of drama and you will not be able to stop watching it after you see the first episode cause your always going to be wondering whats going to happen next. This show premiers on Monday nights on ABC Family.

Pretty Little Liars is about 4 girls whose best friend Alison goes missing Alison was the closet to all of them she knew all of the girls deepest secrets. The cast includes Aria, Spencer, Hannah, and Emily. Over the summer Aria meets this guy Mr. Fits who is a teacher and they both fall in love but little does she know when she starts school he is her english teacher. Hannah has become the top of the school after Alison died and she lost a ton of weight her parents are divorced and her mom is going through money trouble so she must cut back on the spending. Spencer lives the perfect life she smart pretty and has a "boyfriend" she never was close to her sister after she was caught for kissing her sisters boyfriend. Emily finally realizes she doesn't like boys the same way she likes girls she is a big time swimmer and is very quiet and she is afraid of what people would think if they found out she liked girls. Every since Alison died the girls have been receiving text for A no one seems to know who it is but the girls keep it to themselves and don't tell anyone outside of each other. What I like About You is about to girls Holly Tyler (Amanda Bynes) and Valerie Tyler (Jennie Garth) who move into together after their dad takes a job in Japan. Holly moves in to Val's apartment in New York before, Holly moves in Val thinks she has it all an amazing apartment the perfect job and as many guys as she wants, but once Holly moves in everything changes. Holly is boy crazy, but every time she has a boyfriend she ends up breaking up with them for the same guy Vince who she is madly in love with but can't realize it. Val ends up quieting her job and moving into a big apartment and owning her own bakery. Holly finishes high school and decides not to college. You can watch this show on Teen Nick or on ABC Family on weeknights.

Law And Order: Special Victims Unit is about a team of investigators who solve all different kinds of crimes. It takes place in New York and is shown on NBC. Law and Order is now going on their 11th season. This world hit show has won numerous awards for their hard work they put into the show. The cast of the show includes: Det. Olivia Benson, Det. Odafin "Fin" Tutuola, Det. John Munch, Det. Elliot Stabler, Detective Dani Beck, Dr. George Huang, Dr. Melinda Warner, A.D.A. Kim Greylek and Capt. Donald Cragen. Law and Order: Special Victims Unit is also known as Law and Order: SVU. This team of investigators all have a different part in solving the crime and all of which serve a very important part in solving the case for example the detectives on the show go out and search the crime scene or look for the hostage. The detectives bring back any evidence and give it the doctors who study it and search for any finger prints, figure what happened to the persons body, how long ago the person died, or where the bullet went through the persons body. Also, the captain gives out the investigations or tells the team what to do. You should check out this show on NBC if you are into detective work or shows with a lot of suspense.

All the kids have a different story or background each student has a different problem, all the problems involved in this show are problems that we could all face in real life.

Burn Notice and Royal Pains

Burn Notice is about a CSI agent who was burned and is trying to figure out who burned him in order to find out who did he has to track them down and while he fights other crimes he gets clues as to who did it.
Royal Pains is about a doctor who gets fired for saving a little kid over a very important patient. Later on he ends up getting a job in the Hamptons and owns his own business with his brother and another assistant they help cure very wealthy people with problems you haven't even heard of and they cure them in different ways with things you never thought could help someone.
